PAHA wants to be a resource for faith communities to use their surplus land to develop much needed long-term housing for seniors, veterans, students, kids aging out of foster care, and others throughout Kootenai County and North Idaho. We want to help congregations provide mission-driven housing solutions while contributing to their own financial well-being. This can be accomplished through rentals and homeownership on land that is held in trust and/or donated for use in our Community Land Trust program. PAHA can partner to assist in creating these solutions.
