Christine Matheny is a North Idaho REALTOR® and community advocate committed to expanding attainable homeownership opportunities across Kootenai County and the state of Idaho. Through her work in real estate and housing policy, Christine has seen first hand how limited inventory and rising costs impact working families, seniors, and first-time buyers. Christine is deeply passionate about advancing workforce and affordable housing solutions. She has collaborated with local leaders and organizations to support innovative models such as Miracle on Britton, Kootenai County’s first workforce housing community, and Idaho’s first manufactured home homeowners cooperative. These efforts reflect her commitment top. reserving affordability, empowering residents, and creating pathways to sustainable homeownership. As a new board member (Dec 2025) of the Panhandle Affordable Housing Alliance, Christine is proud to champion PAHA’s mission by advocating for thoughtful development, community collaboration, and policy solutions that protect and expand housing opportunities.
